Have a 4or5day ride in one place I hope we can get together this year I will go with the majority.

First of all I'm happy and will support whatever decision is make.
Here are a couple of thoughts:
Chose a long w/e and have the ride that w/e, in all three regions. This might give more of a feeling of a shared event/goal.
Pick rides (I'm sure there will be work involved to achieve this) that are unique (i.e. Head Smashed in Buffalo Jump).
"Stars" type rides are very lucrative.
Poker rallies are fun.
