Should former Gauteng MEC Qedani Mahlangu be prosecuted following the death of scores of mental health patients?

In my personal opinion, I think MEC Qedani Mahlangu is not the only person that must take the blame. Surely she was not taking those decision alone, what about the office of the Premier. How can they all endorse the release of psychiatric patients to NGO's that are operating with invalid licenses.

All those NGO's must be closed with immediate effect and the investigation must follow. This is just a drop in the ocean to show that black people lives are not taken serious even among black leaders.

You will find that all this has been done in the name of cost-savings at the expense of human lives. We Africans we have a long journey to go before reach that level of embracing
    human dignity among ourselves.

If there can be such a number of NGO's operating without valid licence, that signals the level of corruption in our country.

Former MEC must be be criminally charged but so must the others in the chain that were responsible for this
