He should scrap the EO and have it rewritten by AG Jeff Sessions to ensure it is iron clad. It will take too long to battle the original EO in court.

Now that our President has an AG his executive order should be reviewed. After review the AG should return to the appeals court first. But perhaps the executive order could be reviewed and re-written so our country can be protected now. Then take the courts on in defense of the constitution.

It would probably be better to just make another EO. I understand that it could take up to two years to resolve this one.

President Trump should absolutely fight this all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States of America!!! ???????? He is trying to keep ALL Americans safe from the terrorists, even the ones fighting his Executive Order! They need to open their eyes & ears and realize this fact! God bless the U.S.A.! ????????????

These 3 judges are not upholding the Constitutional right if the President. If He doesn't win then our Constitution means nothing and now everything will be contested! Isn't the constitution the final say??? I want an answer to this question. If it is, then why is it not being referenced and the judges referencing it? Now does this go to Supreme Court? Is that the final court to make decision? This just opens doors for all President Trump's decisions to now be tied up in court!

These 3 judges are not upholding the Constitutional right if the President. If He doesn't win then our Constitution means nothing and now everything will be contested! Isn't the constitution the final say??? I want an answer to this question. If it is, then why is it not being referenced and the judges referencing it? Now does this go to Supreme Court? Is that the final court to make decision? This just opens doors for all President Trump's decisions to now be tied up in court!

Even Syrian President agrees that there are some terrorists among peaceful refugees. It took only 15 terrorists to create 9/11 nightmare. Numbers of terrorists are not a matter any more . Their dedication to the purpose is fanatic. The only way to get rid of danger is to create a significantly thorough vetting process. Whomever is voted against this ban either wants to have them here for certain purpose ( members of establishment) or totally zombied by mediam
