Absolutely they should pay for the wall, plus all the rehab our tax payers are responsible for now. In fact, cut their cash flow back to Mexico all together and keep it in this country. Use it to feed the hungry, support community services, provide child care for single mom's, help the homeless, support our veterans, provide job training, heck, even lower our national debt. The list goes on and on. I think President Trump should put a task force in place just to take away that pay check. No one works for free, hopefully that should deter them. I don't think Mexico will be too happy about it either, since it is boosting their economy.
