While Babs could wipe the floor with Billy, I agree that the whole "Wisdom of Solomon, Speed of Mercury, " and etc. of Captain Marvel would easily defeat the girl with the eidetic memory and some great toys.

Billy takes this with ease. Babs doesn't have what it takes to try and take Shazam out and no amount of gadgets or prior knowledge could help her. Remember guys "Wisdom of Solomon".

I think Babs actually takes this one. Billy is too kind to just come out swinging. He would try to take things through. Babs would out think him and trick him into saying the magic word "SHAZAM". change him back into Billy Batson and wrap her cape around his mouth so he couldn't change back.
