Cap is tough as nails, and this is not his first rodeo. Wally as "Kid Flash" means a less experienced speedster, not the one who was the Flash for 30 years.

Call him 'kid' all you want, by my Wally West was the actual Flash for 30 years. He has the experience, the powers and the chops to beat Captain America. Cap just won't be able to sufficiently counter Wally's speed.
