He was obviously doing his job. The media portray and twists words to make TSA look bad plus the mother is vying for fame / attention when she clearly could have told her son to just take out the laptop and it wouldn't have been swabbed and alarmed and a pat down would have occurred. The way she wrote her statement she left out so much information. Kudos to the officer! Shame to others who believes in false information to believe she's right when really she's wrong.
