I think it's ridiculous we lower the standards to graduate high school. Once again our PC culture lowers the bar instead of fixing the problem.
The kids who squeak by will not be prepared for the real world where breaks are not given to people who are not prepared for life.
We should fix the schools and not band-aid a solution. At some point "Darwinism" will take effect in these kids lives and only the strong will survive. It's better to guide them in high school then have society support them as adults because they are unprepared.
