I don't know about racist babies but I think there may be racist toddlers. I remember when me and a bunch of my friends were in a walmart in NC. We were all black and there were four of us. This little white girl saw us and said to her mother. Where did all these chocolate people come from? The kid couldn't have been more than two or three. lol
