I've cast my vote and I must admit, I'm a bit biased. :) But I think one altruistic motive for doing so is to create a venue for indies to reach readers they might not otherwise, even with "you missed it" works. And I think it makes perfect sense to make it a once a year annual that isn't necessarily the same "mainstream" magazine as Cirsova's regular runs, thereby preserving Cirsova's status as a great semi-pro zine climbing its way toward the top.
