I think they will continue relationship and if AJ Quartermaine turne out to be Nell's father that would make them Quartermaines, brother and sister. On the Corinthos she would be Carly's daughter any way you look at it they couldn't have a relationship because Carly is Michael's mother. This is if A.J. is Nell's Father

Nelle and Carly think alike, they could pull off a few wins down the line if she and Michael end up together. However, I think Nelle is Carly's step-sister??? Even though not blood relative, guess it would be okay??? Carly might not like it but Nelle holds her own with Carly :).
