Yes and no....I think it's far too soon to even mention Syrian refugees. We are still trying to get over the past 8 years in our minds. That alone played a huge part of what Americans were afraid of and what could come of it. Honestly very disappointed with Ivanka. However, I don't worry because I believe President Trump will ultimately listen to his constituents and is a man of his word and that's to keep America safe and listen to what "We the people" want.

No way... Trump knows what he wants and what those that voted for him want. He will not stray away from that. He'll appreciate what Ivanka has to say but will always stick to his and those who voted for him values and our love of America.

100%. It won't be long before you will notice that Trump is turning left. He's so concerned about pleasing the people that hate him, that, he will forget the ones that love him. You can tell by how he's always defending himself to the critics, he wants to be loved by all. Like the haters will ever accept him. Yes, GOP isn't helping, but where's are those promises of no refugees? He's still the president, and the way it looks, he's been letting more refugees in than Obama&Hillary did.

While a balance of left to right or ying to yang is good for our Nation I worry about any left leaning liberal being in his ear today. Our President is being stalked, targeted and terrorised by the Marxists liberals and certainly does not benefit from a single weak link in the armor! Can't quite put my finger on it yet but it feels like she is pandering to the very people seeking to destroy her father's Presidency.

They seem to have two different mindsets however, President Trump delegates more to others than Ivanka. She is the one that holds the most trust but does not hold all the 'cards'.
It's quite funny to see how fickle humans can be and how QUICKLY they change "face'. Reminds me of those people in the desert molding the golden calf.

A liberals view of America is communism. It's like Islam, it has no place here. We fought this crap since forever. Now we have to fight it in our own government and educators because a bunch of elite I'm better than you have made laws that tie America's hands so much she can barely defend herself on any stage(the battlefield or against enemies on her soil). We need to clean up our own backyard then we can help others in their own country! I do not like Ivanka or her husband holding positionS in the WH at all.

Initially I was not concerned, but with more recent developments globally, I am more concerned that President Trump will cave in. We have an OBLIGATION to our own citizens that is not being met, if we are not willing to meet their needs why would we bring others here?
