I don't have any problem with the Newsletter the way it is or with links. I happen to utilize the old fashion RSS feeds, which is another way to grab information from sites one would like to get updates on.

That being said, however, you guys ought to set it up the way that works best for you. Money and time is important, so choose the best option that will make your business. Most of your fan-base already recognize the need for changes.

I think you need to do what benefits you the most. I don't have problems receiving infoAvenue Premium. Could some of the accounts be set in some way to reject your letter? I know I can change my security settings with my ISP. Either way you do is fine with me as long as you keep sending.

I am one of the lucky ones. I receive your newsletters both daily and the premium, on both of my email accounts. Videotron and Yahoo. None of them go to the junk folder. I love reading your letters and have all of them saved on my email accounts.

To make it easier on you perhaps you should include on the daily newsletter links that we can click on to read the full story if we happen to be interested in that particular story, but spread the links out to cover a years worth on the daily newsletter, and remove the premium letter. Just a thought to help you out. I enjoy reading your letters.

It matters not to me in whatever form it comes as long as it keeps coming.

I was surprised that your newsletter was going to someone's junk folder. It has always come to my Hotmail account. Never had to look for it in the junk folder.

It would be time consuming for me to have to go to the different links but I can understand why you might want to do it that way. If so are the links permanent. Sometimes I don't have time to read it all & I go back later. I also check the older emails quite often . It is easy to just save the emails.. not so easy for me to download from your site & then copy it etc. But either way I will still be a subscriber

Try the link version for couple weeks if no good revert back to the original either way it would be a great newsletter.
sad to hear you are losing reader but so far everything ok here in Australia

Have never had a problem getting the newsletter on my gmail account. But think you should do what is best to make sure all receive it. It will still be a great news letter.

Dear Friends I have had no problem receiving your Infoave Premium Newsletter (so far) and am sorry that you are having such a problem with the ISPs. You do what is best for you and your business and I am betting we will all 'go with it'. We sure don't want to lose you Guys, you are the best thing since Bread and Butter, you have come to the rescue of me and my computer a good few times over the years. Thanks Heaps. Luv from Kiwi Kay.

If ISP's junk your newsletter because of content and providing links to pages help get past this problem, then go for it. Anything that keeps the newsletter coming is worth any adjustments we have to make.

I have never had a problem receiving newsletter even when I had an MSN email so I like it the way it is. Putting up a link to all the topics means that I have to do extra steps to get the news. This could be time consuming to many people with busy schedules.

Do what is best to get the news letter to us, we will surely adapt. :) My Hotmail keeps putting it into the junk folder, seems to not matter how many times I push the "Is not Junk" button. I know it is in there so I just keep fishing it out. I'm as determined as they are! LOL

I voted that it did not matter but I enjoy the way it is also but however is best for you all is okay with me, as long as I keep getting the newsletter. Thanks for all you do. Nancy Williams
