Which best describes your feelings on anxiety?
I suffer from anxiety but keep it under control through medication and/or therapy
I suffer from it but treat it with alternative methods like yoga, mediation, pilates, etc....
I would say it's a minor issue and does not greatly impact my life
I do not generally suffer from any anxiety
I never have suffered from anxiety but find as I am getting older, it is becoming more prevalent
I used to be very anxious but find as I get older, it's much better
