@Mike Gauvey - You sound like a typical liberal. Saying we do not want to raise the age limit IN NO WAY says we want teenagers to smoke. If that is what you think, you are really stupid and I really hope you do not reproduce. Until the government changes the legal age to join the military to 21, then the legal age for smoking should not change either. Not to mention the fact that these laws do not do a damn bit of good and everyone knows it. How many smokers do you know that started when they were 18 (legal age)??? I do not know even 1 of them. Everyone I know that has or does smoke started at 14-16 years old. So this law is just some more bullshit from our nanny government to say they are trying to help the children! If they really want to help the children.......stop demonizing Vapor products and let them snuff out tobacco use in ALL AGES!

Since when have we become the police of the world for Adults the last time I checked. We expect an 18 yr old to graduate high school at the age of 18 and instantly assume the role that all of us have done for generations that of an adult with all of the responsibilities that entails. From jobs to homes to raising children to joining the Military, at the age of 18 you are legally responsible for ALL of your own actions. That includes your own HEALTH CHOICES! If people don't like that then we have a bigger problem and we need to raise the age of majority to 21 and start keeping or "children in our homes and keep the responsibilities of their actions on the parents until they are 21! Are all you that are voting on yes on this prepared for that? Because that is what needs to happen if you and the rest of this Country keeps pushing to continuously strip the Rights away from Adults that have Already hit the Age of Majority. If you can legally Sign your Name on a piece of Paper to The United States Government In Service To Our Military Knowing That It Means You Might Die!!! Then You Are OLD ENOUGH TO MAKE THE DECISION TO CHOSE WHETHER OR NOT YOU WANT TO SMOKE OR DRINK OR VAPE OR ANYTHING ELSE !!!

You think such laws stop determined teenagers? They certainly didn't in my day. People are considered adults at 18. They should be treated as such and not have their liberties/choices compromised even by seemingly well-intentioned nanny laws.

i'm shocked that the majority would want to give this poison to teen agers. shameful, we know without a doubt it's going to sicken and shorten their lives.
