Do you want Senate to wait for a CBO score?

Based on history (i.e. Nancy Pelosi's famous statement of "You have to Pass the Bill to know what's in it & then read it".), wouldn't it be best to have a CBO score AND an Independent Medical Review Board (of Drs, Nurses, Therapest, patient representatives for all age ranges and Healthcare Organizations with absolutely NO ASSOCIATION or AFFILIATION to any political groups, foundations or donors (like Soros). The biggest problems with most government programs is that they never engage input from the people it effects the most!

I think the house should have waited for the cost and any other information they need even if that meant the President explaining his side. Anyone voting on a bill needs all the information including cost and all information on the bill infront of them so they can vote the right way for the AMERICAN PEOPLE! That's who they are working for.

Wouldn't it be irresponsible NOT to know what it's going to cost tax payers? Who buys anything without knowing the cost?
