I find it astounding that his approval rating is even at 36%. He's a narcissist. I voted for republicans and democrats when I find their views to be reasonable and their character to be decent. I think it's insane that people think Trump is good for christian values. I know plenty of Christian men who don't say they will grab women by their privates. They don't call women fat pigs and threat to punch them in their faces. To be Christian is to act with class and grace even when those who oppose you don't. I fear too many supporters who keep supporting trump if he punch a physically challenged infant girl. He could do the most despicable thing ever and the anger and hatred of some of his supporters who still scream his praise. We are all better than this. Those who support him are in for a rude awakening either today or 4 years from now when they realize all he did was everything he could to make himself and his family richer. He will only act in your interests if it makes him richer. He's no Christian. He's no gentleman. I wish more republicans would start demanding he behave like a Christian instead of giving him a pass.

What scares me, as it should you, is that the normalization of attacking the free press, the normalization of the racist undertones present in the administration, and the acceptance of the warping of basic human decency that this democracy seemed to have once represented. I very much doubt that that you can understand where I am coming from as I am the second generation of Cuban immigrants. We own a house, mortgage free for over 20 years, a condo in Miami, again mortgage free, and continue to be viable, productive citizens of this country. The Republicans I grew up with, Reagan, the first Bush, were far better understanding and better presidents than Trump could ever hope to be.
