If Billy realize, through Phyllis that Victoria was lying about Nikki's MS relapse, those wonderful plans might take a nose dive. They have a wonderful, rich history together. However, even though blood is thicker than water, she didn't have to slam him down so harshly. Even though jack would rather be stretched on rack than admit it, he still loves Phyllis and those two have even more history than Villy. Too bad true love is not prevailing over revenge yet.
