This is not a matter of "should" he be charged. Number of charges is the question.

I do believe former President Obama should be investigated as well as those in his administration and any body belonging to the Democratic party that broke our laws in anyway (including leaking information) should be prosecuted. If our Federal Government does not want to prosecute because of sensitive info possibly being needed to prosecute them, then they should at least loose all benefits they would have been entitled to, i.e. pension, medical etc. Drain the swamp, President Trump. Let's see an executive order taking all benefits away from any public servant who violate our laws, even without having to take them to trial.

I wanted to vote "Yes" "" so badly but the corruption runs so deep I just don't believe they would prosecute Obama......I mean come on DML, we all saw how Hillary skated right through all her BS. I wish they would both Go to prison for 25 years At the very least. But we all know "it ain't gonna happen", unfortunately.

No one is above the law in the U.S . Not even the president . That is what keeps this country a democratic republic and not communist state or a monarchy.We have a well written air tight piece of paper called the Constitution that protects its citizens against this very thing. So it doesn't matter if he isn't acting president or not . Obama need to be accountable for his actions. If we do not hold him to the fire it give Obama and future presidents a free pass to erode our rights.

Yes, absolutely! The more wrong doings that are left unpunished says that it's okay to do wrong and have no consequences. The wrong doings will keep continuing as long as no one is being held accountable. Put him away, along with all his cronies!

Absolutely YES Obama should be prosecuted. I think the Clintons should be prosecuted for their wrong doing and I think they will along with a bunch of other people. They are just starting to investigate just wait for all the stuff to come out on Clinton, Obamas and Soros. God has a plan and I strongly believe Trump is his servant for eight years to strengthen America and the World out and our job is to pray for everything to line up to make America Great Again and the World strength as well. It will be done with Trump they may try to empeach him but it won't work.
Yes No One Is Above the Law! I think if they prosecute Obama this would show that even a Past President is not above the law for things they do during their time term as President! No ONE is ABOVE the LAW go after him!!!!

I think FORMER President Obama should be prosecuted. It is important that people see and understand that NO ONE is above the law. I personally think Congress, as a whole, has forgotten that. From what I have read and heard, we need to start making accommodations ready for a whole bunch of people in the government, local, state and federal!

This and everything else that has been uncovered, should be uncovered, and hopefully will be uncovered makes me sick. These people will never give up. Admit their wrong doings, they would be in jail forever. Therefore, the only way to uncover the truth is to investigate. That means death for some. Undercover would be the only way to go and even then, who does one trust.
