Does the Mexican constitution have a clause equivalent to the U S constitution first amendment?
If not banning certain speech is not a violation of anything in Mexico. Mexico is not bound to abide by the U S constitution.

You can have YOUR free speech anywhere you want it. If someone doesn't want your version at their home or event, adios. That is exercising their rights.

No easy answer... it's not exactly 'Hate Speech' ... just socially unacceptable.
That said... we exclude hate speech from free speech... and profanity as well, in certain cases. I think they can make "Obscenity" stick though... and ban it on that account.
