American citizens voted for the equality of their rights. The Nation goes to Iraq, Syria, intervene in the policies of Cuba and Venezuela but they have American citizens as slaves in the territory. They who have stripped in the hispanic-American War, World War I, II, Vietnam, Korea, Iraq, Afghanistan ... in all. Give more soldiers than 35 states of the nation. The nation sends them to fight and die but they have no representation and can not vote for the president. It is a violation of human rights.

If the US congress do not act the German or Canadian goverment have already expressed their interest in to buying the territory.
