Either an enraged Deacon looking for payback. She did toss him over a cliff into some serious surf. Maybe a brainwashed little "D" looking out for Daddy Deacon. Maybe a resurrected Monte Major out to get back his Hope diamond and demanding reparation from Quinn. Maybe it's all an FBI plot to corner Quinn into admitting her multiple crimes (murder, attempted murder, endangerment to life of Ivy and Hope) and the list goes on.
