Like Bob Costa, I listened to Dick Morris last night. Dick likes the bill --- and I respect what Dick Morris says and thinks. Plus, Dick explained that if we want Trump to succeed and MAGA, a healthcare bill MUST be passed. While I hate that the government is now controlling our health care, it's impossible to go back in time. Obama knew that once he got control of our health care, we were struck!! Thanks, Obama.

I am worried about high premiums because I am a senior citizen now, and I want to retire soon. I don't want to be penalized by paying more for health care just because of my age. I need that reassurance before I can support a new healthcare bill. I never supported Obamacare. Govt. has no business in the healthcare arena.

As much as I would like to see a health care bill passed so we can move on to other things, you cannot make a silk purse out of a sow's ear no matter how you change the wording. That said, Government-provided health care has NEVER been a part of government until Barack Obama, the Manchurian Candidate, pushed it through as part of his (successful) attempt to force the American working people to pay for health care for those who refuse to work. It was all part of the plan toward globalization and turning this country into yet another socialist nation. I believe there should be Medicaid for LEGAL citizens who are disabled or otherwise unable to work. For the rest, go back to a competitive system with various insurance companies competing for the business.

I voted yes because there is no maybe. It needs work but if that's the best we can do then I think we need to pass it and make adjustments after the fact with amendments
