Ban CNN and the ones like them, you know the ones that ALWAYS lies and ask the same questions over and ove again.

I voted no, because I think banning them would create even more of a firestorm than we now have. Then they would actually have (sort of!) a legitimate complaint. That said, I agree with Karen above about requiring each member of the press - and by that I mean each press corporation/media outlet, not individual reporters - to agree to follow a simple set of rules. These rules would include - they MUST be respectful, they cannot ask the same question 15 different ways hoping for a misstatement they can monetize, they agree not to vilify Sean or Sarah, whoever is doing the briefing every time they mispronounce a word, etc. etc. etc. If an individual reporter breaks the rules more than ONCE they should be suspended; if any one corporation/media outlet breaks the rules repeatedly, then ban them.

I view the biased press as children having tantrums. The best thing to do when a child is having a tantrum is to ignore them. When they realize that their tantrum isn't giving them the attention they want, they stop. That's what President Trump needs to do with MSM; ignore them.

I assume there are rules in place. Kick out who doesn't follow. At the very least don't call on the reporters of these outlets to answer questions.

I voted "yes" with some hesitation because boundaries on communication and speech rub me wrong SOMETIMES. It can be a slippery slope twisted the wrong way on occasion. However; there must be professional guidelines, common sense, civility, human respect, TRUTH and UNBIASED information reported. We all deserve that. So, YES, they need to be given stringent guidelines, these must be upheld, and if not; THEY GOT TO GO!!!!

Another thing, getting caught doing something deceptive, admitting it in small print days later, and continuing to willingly do the same thing over and over and over does not show regret or even an intent to change. These "journalist" must show a trend in their intent to report accurate and BALANCED coverage. Include a fair amount of good in with the bad. There are plenty of both to go around. We deserve some of the good; The Trump Administration IS doing some VERY good things. Common sense shows MSM doesn't like Pres Trump; tossing in a balanced amount of good with the repetitive bad they push continuously would go along way in repairing credibility. Until their credibility is revived and the dishonest, underhanded ways are completely eradicated; they need to be removed from the equation. #MAGA

The left is already calling the president a dictator. Yes, he should greatly reduce press briefings and cease engaging them on twitter. Revoke the ignoramuses' credentials, yes. Ban them from briefings because of their bad behavior. Yes. Kicking CNN, NYT and WaPo out altogether will cause a maelstrom the likes of which we've never seen. Just my two cents.

I agree with Karen, if they don't follow the rules and have NO respect... He should band that reporter!!!

I think he should establish absolute guidelines (common sense things like respect, where they are allowed for photos, publishing truth, etc.).... require every member of the press to sign to agree to follow... then if they violate, suspend their rights for a period of time. If they come back & violate again, then ban the individual.
