Why all the controversy over the fact that Colin was expressing his first amendment rights. I personally think that it"s because he was showing a strong resentment against the intentionally constant murder and brutally against black men murdered by police officers "if you can call them that."This protest has nothing to do with his ability to play football. (RG111 injures to easily).

Colin is clearly the better option. If the Ravens wants to know how the fan's feel they should check Jersey sales. Colin exercised his first Amendment rights. He also did not disrespect our vets but rather exercise what they fought for. If you have a problem with what Kaepernick did, it is because the death of unarm people of color by the hands of law enforcement is not important to you and I understand its just not your fight. If Colin took a knee to raise awareness for the wrongful treatment of gays or veterans most would focus on the reason rather than the protest. Again I understand this may not be your fight. If Colin plays I will watch and buy his Jersey but if he doesn't I will have to make other plans.

Let SF keep their garbage, we do not need the disruption and disrespect kapernick would bring. He'd say anything to get a contract.

I'd rather have a good rookie we can bring along than him. What's wrong with the navy qb we have. Give him a chance to prove himself! He wants to be here!

It should be about football not politics, if those are the only choices go with rg111. Better yet save money and give a shot at a new up and coming to be mentored by Joe.

The National Anthem has nothing to do with police. He would be playing in the very city that defened Fort McHenry from the French. It has to do with the men and women that lost their lives to defend this country and keep it from being ruled by another country. The song has to do with respect for all service members not government. Marylanders take pride in this song as it was written in our midst. If he is protesting police brutality he needs to do it in another way.

RG3 is a waste of money .. time and energy ...COLIN is the better quarter back .. and becuase he exercised his right as a American to protest the injusted happing to black ppl being murdered by police . But if he is signed...and we winning ... won't nobody have a issue
