I don't recall encountering any freezing rain, surely not days worth but I know I got some days off. No days off because it's too hot. Give me snow or as they call it "freezing rain" any day.

In triple digit heat I still have to come to work after a night of not sleeping well because I don't have air conditioning. When there is freezing rain I get to stay home due to the hazardous roads. This is a good deal for salaried employees.
