  1- Macon Hits is exactly what a baseball team is supposed to do!
  2- Macon Noise is exactly what a baseball fan is supposed to do!
  3- Macon Soul is just exactly what Macon is!
  4- Macon Bacon exactly rhymes.
  5- Macon Heat is exactly just plain Macon hot weather.
  ** The very best name is Macon Whoopees! It’s a shame we can’t use it again!

  Macon Soul is the only name that is related historically to Macon, since Macon is rich with soul music. I can deal with Macon Heat but the others are just corny and embarrassing.

  Our name should be Macon Ocmulgee's and also the mascot could be a Indian to keep it close to our braves and the old macon braves

  Macon Bacon sounds a little out there for a competitive teams name. Macon Bacon is not aggressive enough, Wee Ball teams have stronger names
