I live in Cache Creek, we know what smoke is, you people are whiners! We haven't seen the sun in weeks!!

I wear a respirator everywhere I go and it bothers me people do not take this more seriously. Breathing fine smoke goes deep in the lungs and can cause serious damage if prolonged exposure persist. Get a mask people, exercise indoors. Make sure you drink plenty of water.

This is awful. Chest burning. On fire. All 3 of my children ages 3, 12 and 21 are sick with smoke inhalation. We can't breathe! Bought N45 masks at Rona today. Expensive but needed. Even for indoors. It IS bad and Dr. Perry Kendall needs to acknowledge this. The general population is getting sick and suffering. There are no insects or birds anymore. We are in Burnaby and cannot breathe. Pls dont sugarcoat this Dr. Kendall. Take accountability and call this what it is- an emergency health crises.

At first it was just a scratchy throat and a minor cough. I go for half hour walks everyday. But then I noticed I was getting really stuffed up. Super uncomfortable. So am doing my walking indoors now.
