Blow them out of the water! North Korea has always been a threat, now more than ever. Do we really want to risk the possibility of them hitting our mainland? I voted for Trump because he wants to protect the American people. He's already a bad person to the media and the liberals, and I could care less what they think of him after. I will still back my President, simply for the fact that he is making good on protecting us, and bringing back our strength. Take em out Mr. President! China too!

let him make the first move he has threatened to do this before I think he is doing this to try and get things like he did before in other administrations, but now he does not realize this administration will not take this posturing by him and he will eventually back down if not we are ready.

This was a no-brainer. If Trump fires the first shot his presidency is doomed. China, as usual, is being manipulative and their statement should have no bearing on Trump's decision. There is no reason for him to fire the first shot; let this drama play out and stay the hell out of it until they aim a missile in our direction. The little fat boy's talk is cheap and he's insane, so let him think he has the control. We know we can make short work of him if it's ever necessary. The problem is that he has no concern for his own people and the rest of the world does. But don't let it be us that blunders in to "fix" it. One word - Vietnam.

I voted uncertain, because I have no military experience and I am sure I do not know everything going on behind the scene. Saying that after reading the other comments I lean towards waiting. If Trump strikes first and something very wrong happens he will be roasted. Also, Gaum said they have been threatened T least 3 or 4 times before with no real action. There are a lot of lives at risk to start something that can possibly be avoided. If NK does anything I would not hesitate to use all force. So glad we finally have a president who has a backbone and will stand up for our country!

I voted no, just shoot down the missile. Japan and South Korea have already said that they would assist in shooting them down. Don't want to force the issue!

I knew China wasn't trying to help us or STOP Kim Jong Un!! All that nonsense with China gonna help us ... All they want is our money and trade... Their comments prove they do NOT have our backs!! So I'd say we shouldn't trade as much with China as before... Get their money from Kim Jung Un...since they want to defend the little troll terrorist!! I'd say let him make his move....should never throw the first punch but if or when he does....cover their butts up!!! We'll put a boot in your a$$ it's the American way!!! KJU is all talk and a con. It's all about money. He would sell his people in a second to save his own skin. What's it gonna take? Why give in to the war machine? Companies use to making that big $ need a war to keep making it. I believe it's all a farce. NK has no morals and their leader is a nut case. Who would take his place if you cut the head off the snake? He's just a talking head. I'm also not convinced that they've had any missile testing much less had success. There's no believing the media whose job, according to Brian Williams, is to scare the hell out of Americans. I trust Oliver North who outlined a plan on Hannity. He took one for the team in Iran/Contra but he's a patriot with America's best interests in mind. Trump won't let a bully like KJU get away with running his mouth. He's a New Yorker remember. But he also won't endanger innocent lives to save face. It's a stand off not to be confused as being a tie. Trump warned DC in 1999 about NK and here we are just like he said thanks to the Clintons. Maybe the Justice Dept can return the favor.

I'm wondering what people would do if they had a gun put in their faces and how they would react? I have and since that has occurred to me I say we do what has to be done to protect America and her people. Be careful and make sure all intelligent information is given and try not to make a decision to swiftly. Then the American people need to support our President he has information we don't have and don't to know so that the American citizens are safe from the enemy which is what would happen if they knew all we are going to do and that would happen if it was in the news on the web.

Big mistake for President Trump to throw the fist punch. He may not survive that show of aggression, playing the protector is the only way. Our laws say that something has to happen before you are justified to act, can't assume they are going to do anything.

Why wait to see what little Kim's bomb will do, if we see any attempt to launch a missile we should be first , no sense letting Americans die needlessly, if someone pulls a gun on you do you let them shoot and then shoot back or do you shoot them before they kill you ? With the intelligence we have we know what his intentions are .
