Both my folks lived in Arizona and loved Sheriff Joe for the job he did while in office. Kept Maricopa County pretty darn safe for its citizens. I say pardon him. If Obama can let known terrorist free from GITMO, there is no way this man should not be pardoned for doing his job!

Absolutely, positively yes! In reality, Sheriff Joe was doing the right thing by Federal law. I believe in the justice system, but we all can see through this one.Others have been pardoned for doing worse. Sheriff Joe was charged for trying to save America...just wrong. Please pardon our hero!

Joe has been persecuted to at least the same extent as POTUS or Dinesh D'Souza. The charges are incredibly fraudulent and opinion based. He should not only be pardoned but this judge needs a judicial review board in his near future!
