Honestly I feel that it's worse to teach our children that it's ok to keep a innocent child from going to school over something as minor as him having to long of hair... I get that it's their policy, BUT why do they even have the write to implement such rules? I get dress code keeping children from dressing inappropriately but as long as his hair is clean and taken care of it's no ones business.. why can girls have hair cuts as short as boys and it's not considered distracting??? and I get we have rules and need to be taught to follow rules but don't u think children need to be taught everyone is difffrent, see it get over it and move on it may be distracting for a couple minutes but that's it... children adapt fast we should give our kids a little more credit!!! and maybe if we stop implementing rules that keep Our children away from the different MAYBE we would have less bullies bc they are introduced to all different types of people at a young age!!! FOR EXAMPLE kids with special needs are completely separated from other kids so kids don't know how to react when they are in a situation with special needs so they automatically judge and bullie them if they had been introduced at a young age it wouldn't be so shocking later in life!!! What about a child born with a big birthmark on their face or a burn victim yes the first day kids will look and ask questions but then get used to it... or should should schools b allowed to keep them from school as well bc it might distract other kids??? we should be more focused on teaching our children how to adapt to seeing something new then it is to keep this child from getting his education based on the length of his hair!!!
