You would think most people would vote the same way... "feedback & reviews" "professionalism of website" "Detailed proposal".. but no some people actually choose "cheapest quotation".. explains why there are so many crappy websites around and so many tin pot web design companies....lol

Had a cold call of one local web design agency.. did a quick review search and said no thank you, OMG they had so many negative reviews.... so for me it's "Online feedback & Reviews" - if you dont check these and get stung then its your own fault TBH

Always check code of their own website CTRL+U and make sure they haven't used a free website builder... Sounds crazy I know but their are a number of Web Design agencies here in Manchester with Wordpress/Joomla websites..... If they didn't have the skill to build their own website how are going to build yours?
