Best show on for summer viewing , hands down. I love empire too. It was definitely Lucy's brother who shot baz. I agree he will live. Nicky is a flipping psychopath, she adds little to the show for me.lucy & her brother went for the $ immediately. I am sure she would have stayed w/ baz if she wasn't involved, she has no reason to avoid the law when they were coming to help baz. Take note she didn't call for help. Also if u have kodi box u can watch all episodes over 2 seasons if u get chance watch the movie from which this series is based & it kinda gives u a little more insight into series. I really hope this stays around for many seasons, not so brief like prison break...

This is the best show on TV. Prediction: J is going to fool all of us. He has been hurt by Baz, 2 times, about who his father is. I don't want Baz to die. I want him to wake up broke as hell. Smurf is a product of a hard upbringing, having to learn how to survive the best she could. Suggestions:

Baz, Will live, It appears he was shot with a shotgun with OO buckshot. (only several small projectiles per shell) That is why there was 3 holes in his shirt/chest. Not as powerful as a rifle from that range. he was shot pretty high in the chest possibly missing the lungs and heart.

I watch this episode 3 times. It's either going to be J or Craig. They both wore black hoods around the time Baz was shot. And please kill Baz off. Two reasons. You can't do as much as he did and get away with it. Second, it's not a season finale unless a major character die every now and then.

I agree with previous commentor regarding the title of the episode, Betrayal. Lucy betrayed Baz and I think that this was her plan after seeing what was stolen from Smurf. Undecided about the shooter but leaning towards Lucy's brother which would play to the episode title of Betrayal. Baz has to live and J needs to cut Nikki loose.

Could the shooter have been Nicky? She took the gun from the home robbery? She always wears black.
If you watch closely as the shooter runs away, he/she appears to limp. Nicky was wounded in the leg.
Marco would have finished the job if he was in on it with his sister, not run away. Just a thought for other fans.

Did ya'll even watch the finale? I think it's pretty straight forward that Lucy and Marco planned to take down baz. Thus, Lucy played baz and marco shot baz. Baz will probably live. He's way too integral to die this early in the show. Pope is screwed up in the head but he's my favorite character because he is loyal and takes care of lena. Also, J needs to get rid of nicky fast, she's a hella liability.

Lucy and her brother Marco (not Mario) planned the whole murder/heist, obviously. Baz will live and the whole family will go after Lucy and Marco in Mexico next season, will probably have a great season in Mexico. Smurf will get out, perhaps Baz will admit to setting her up so they can all go after Lucy. Nicky is nothing but a drug addict and J needs to get rid of her FAST. Pope is so broken but I love him, he is the only one that cares about poor Lena, to which Baz is the lousiest father ever. Craig can't leave now, he hasn't "laundered" the money yet; if he goes, he will get caught, and nobody wants to see Craig in jail, right? This is the only good show on TV, reminds me of the Sopranos.

Dang, the ending sure threw me for a loop... I knew Baz wouldn’t kill Pope, you can tell they have always had a strong bond. Nicky just went insain after her parents bailed. Baz getting shit though made me jump due to me not expecting it. His girl though I did expect her to steal everything at one point. Am I the only one to notice the shooter was in all black and one of the end scenes is J in all black? I really hope not, I hope it was Mario and that’s why she forced him to go that night. O and lastly... SAVE Baz!

Baz's cunt girlfriend is obviously why "betrayal" is the title of the episode. Think about it, Baz did not want anything to do with the prior yacht job (especially with outsiders involved - girlfriends cousin/brother). Followed by the scene of her kidnapping someone in previous episode was random (Baz's brother's were fckin surprised) and now both her and her (is it her cousin/brother?) are seen taking the remaining cases of jewelry/watches etc from Baz's wall - WTF. That cunt and her cousin/brother have committed the ultimate betrayal. And the orher blogghers are right, Baz cannot die or the series will die.. Smurf is and always will be a narcissistic cunt.
