it is getting ridicules' when a small number of people can tell other people what they can or should not do. what happened to majority rule. If it is all that important why not vote on it by all the people.

So the next move is to ban fried chicken, watermelon, Nike Shoes, and basketballs too? This is the most discriminatory and racial nonsense I have heard coming out of Washington in decades and something tells me the Democrats will go along with it.

No. Where in the Constitution does it give the Feds the authority to tell you what you can and can't do with your body? Isn't this supposed to be the Land of the Free?
