I see 34 votes agreeing that Ken Barlow owns Shelley Island. Did he vote for.himself 34 times?

NPS owns the land only to mean low tide- I asked the question last year. If I'm not mistaken, international waters are 3 miles off the coast. Therefore the land is owned by the state of NC. Now if Shelly Island ever connects to the mainland, I can see NPS being given jurisdiction.

I saw that guy on the tube last night. He's just pulling an anti-Fed/National Park Service publicity stunt. Channel 10 let him use them.
