It was actually quite difficult to choose, but I think that the iconic view of Parliament won out in the end because of it's framing, with the River Thames in the foreground, and the vision of Big Ben.
St Paul's would have been a bit more in contention had it been viewed from a different vantage point. I felt that the prominence of a traffic island rather took away from the visual impact.
