With Jorge Polanco pretty much ready for a full time position in the majors I would dangle Dozier to a team like the Braves, who have a glut of Pitching Prospects. I actually believe a 1-1 deal in the form of Dozier for Allard would be a good return. If we could even get Luiz Gohara included as well that would be icing on the cake.

I’ll take Cobb, Lynn and Vargas for whatever they cost, and hope that 2 if them perform at their previously established levels. Adding that to a Santana and Berrios top can push Gibson, Gonsalves, Romero, Mejia and Colon (who I also would resign, because he’s a lot of fun as a team mascot) to depth pieces, which is where the team truly struggled. Depth, even expensive depth, is what they need!
