I don't think so - People take a risk buying in early and only because the market has gone up has this been lucrative. If the market were to suddenly stagnate or the economy drops there is a much higher likely hood that the early deposit's will be lost. That risk should be rewarded. Also - they are paying capital gain on those deals so it's not like they are getting away with not paying taxes
