I say safety is very important for everyone but this only adds extra stress upon the school bus driver if an incident was to happen to have to try and unbuckle any where from 45 or more students to get them off of the bus if they are strapped in and can not unbuckle themselves.This could be a good idea and it could be a very bad idea as well
