As someone who works in retail I think it’s rediculous to be open on any major holiday like this. I don’t really work the holidays anymore but I factor in what we make compared to what it cost to be open and it doesn’t equate to much profit. Having off for major holidays would increase employee happiness and productivity

It’s simple. We all need to put CHRISTmas back in Christmas.
