I think that Sam will recognize the fact that SB is the real Jason but will rather stay with BM Jason because of the kids and the lifestyles of the two Jasons. However the physical attraction that she shared with SBJason will never go away and will probably play a major factor in following storylines.

That's right. She has to think of her children. Even Danny knows BM as his father. Scout is definitely his. She can have a man ready to settle down and stop being Sonny's "enforcer" or she can have a man who "won't ever leave Sonny." And what about you fans out there. Why are so pathetically attached to the man who left? Get a wind up toy, and it will act as well as SB. Maybe even better.

Why doesn't Sam remember the feel of kisses of real Jason? Why doesn't she remember feel of their love-making? Twins would not do same things during sex. She SHOULD be able to tell real Jason apart! They are built different. One carried her upstairs without missing a step! Exciting sex! Wow!!
