No. Not at all. Hornish knew all the tracks that first season. After that, they had all the CART teams coming over as competition.
Sort of. they were close most years, but Briscoe, Castroneves, and even Power kept throwing away what appeared to be a sure championship at the end of each season.
Yes. Year in and year out, Team Penske is the best team in the business. They should have more than doubled the amount of championships they won by now.
