I would have loved to see George, Derrick, Izzy, and Christina in this episode. I understand it wasn't possible and why, but even flash backs from previous episodes would have worked, no new filming necessary. I cried at Jackson's speech, he really is a treasure.

... I think it's weird that Christina would call Meredith about her award BUT not call her when Derek died.... after all Meredith is her person.....
