I'm not certain about the essential fairness of this matchup (in the peculiar universe of this bracket, I'm not talking about that *other* universe with politics and bills and other such nonsense). Fred Penner was after one thing and Fraggle whatever another . . . . but I'm willing to live with whatever the majority, no matter how wrong-headed they might be, come up with.

Questions need answers! Mr. Dressup, Fred Penner's Place and The Elephant Show were daytime programs for kids too little to be in school. The Raccoons and Fraggle Rock, both for older audiences, aired in prime time or adjacent to it.
