As a parent of a son who enjoys airsoft and likes to paint and modify his Air-soft guns, I can tell you, they do look very real. This is why our son is only allowed to use these at a designated Air-soft area, at a club or on our private property. I would never want him in a position where an officer would have to make a decision about if it real or not. I know they will error on the side of caution. Would not blame them for doing it either.

Our neighbor boy was waving a sir gun around the police came they drew down on him put him in handcuffs then found out it was an air gun.

Easily identified the real one on the left. MOST police officers would know the difference in an instant. This is a lot of breathless nonsense.
So they said the one that is highlighted is the real gun well both are highlighted why couldnt they just write it so confussing
