I would not go to the Browns! One or the other should go back to school if the Browns chose them. They are in a sinking ship. It seems to be a place where quarterbacks careers go to die. The Browns need wholesale changes in how they do things. Bring in a decent veteran quarterback-Colin Kapernick??? Wouldn't hurt from where they are now. Spend the money and do something.

Might as well publicly say you don't want to go to the Browns. The national audience would actually understand and the Browns would ultimately have to pass on someone that is publicly stating they don't want to be there.
Going back to school doesn't solve anything since the Browns will likely be toward the top of the draft again next year.

If I were Rosen, I would stay at UCLA to play under Chip Kelly for one year.

There are only five human beings in the world that could go to the Browns and have some success. Brady, Rodgers, Russell Wilson Jr III, Wentz, and Dak. Only these five due to their ability to improvise. Luck and Watson would be borderline but would get killed.
