I agree with the comment posted by cheybee - but would add that those parent who brought them need to also apply for citizenship or leave.

If they are attending school, have not been arrested and contribute to America, embracing freedom, they should have a right to stay. ALSO they should apply for citizenship (mandatory), and if not, then be deported. Make citizenship a requirement ( apply within 12 months). My family were immigrants but became citizens.
