I have known Sofia Durina since she was a small child, and have watched in AWE as she has grown into a wonderful, compassionate, kind young women. Sofia has been a great friend to my son with disabilities, she has been a huge part of his support system throughout the years and has walked along his side making every adversity he has faced less challenging. She has an incredible work ethic, an amazing determination to make a difference, sweetest personality, and she is oh so humble to her beauty inside and out ! Miss Teen USA would be so lucky to have her represent the organization, as you can’t get a better role model than this young women. Good Luck Sofia !!
Sofia demonstrates both passion and compassion in the humanitarian work that she does. She has been committed to charity work long before Miss Teen USA. She inspires others to also want to volunteer and contribute to community projects including school, fund raisers and helping with work at our local shelters. Sofia has always carried herself within a team as a lady and a leader. She is very self motivated to continue with her education and is always pursuing opportunities to be her best self. Sofia is a teen that our Ohio young teens can look up to. We are proud to share her with the United States.
