Vrabel spent a number of years learning what is involved in establishing a program that has a winning record year after year. It's time for a change and a need to be fluid based on the available personnel.

Nope!!! He'll be in the unemployment line in two years if not sooner. Not sure why the selection process went so fast. I'm done with the Titans!!!! Send them away!!!!

Now need a new energetic signal caller & defensive coordinator. Really great move for the team. I’m excited about next season. Thx Amy, Jon & Mike
