As much as we love to see the heroes survive, Carl’s storyline had run its course. He did his job, he grew up, he found puppy love, and he took his self out to spare the two strongest adults in his life. While I’ve been over his story for a while, this last episode had me in tears a few times, especially the moments with his little sister (side note: is she ever not going to be an INFANT??!! Never mind, it’s still too soon...). Anyway, RIP Carl, you were a real one.
